Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Immediately after your order is processed an order confirmation will be sent to your email-address. Please allow up to 3 full business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped out from our warehouse if nothing else is noted. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Please allow up to 1-10 days within EU for ground shipping and up to 2-20 days outside EU depending on the chosen delivery method. Please be aware that any parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage charges for resending goods. For deliveries outside of Sweden we ship with Fedex or DHL.

The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point and we do not deliver to po boxes.

All our prices are quoted in different currencies applicable to your location including VAT.
If you are shopping from outside of Sweden, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Please note that international non-EU parcels may be subject to customs charges in your home country. Any customs, import charges, or local taxes that are imposed on orders, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Once your order is made it cannot be cancelled, but our refund policy lasts 14 days if you are located within EU. Outside of EU all products are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted unless you received a faulty item. Eu-based customers can decide to return or exchange the purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. We only accept items that are not opened or damaged in any way and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened or damaged products or packagings are not eligible for refunds. The purchase amount or exchange product will not be refunded until the package returned to Manasi7. Please note that shipping, handling, sales tax charges or customs duty are not refundable on returns. Manasi 7 maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for products that are believed to have been previously opened or used. If the revised order total fails below the free shipping minimum, a shipping charge may be assessed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please always refer to your order number in you communication with us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and potential customs charges for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards: Unfortunately gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Late delivery: Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@manasi7.com

Defective products

Please notify us as soon as possible if you have received defective products. You are obligated to inform Manasi7 as soon as you have detected that the products are defective. If Manasi7 also consider the products to be defective, your products will be replaced by the same type of product. All exchanges are subject to availability. Exchange or refund for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

  • E-mail us at customerservice@manasi7.com and request a return or an exchange item for any unwanted items within 14 days of the date on which you have received the package. include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return is approved.
  • After the approval, send us back the package and mark the package with the order number and send it back to us. Ship and return the products by a secure transport to the address below. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • The exchange product or the purchase refund will be sent when the package is returned to Manasi7 and has been inspected.
